First Notification of Loss (FNOL)
We operate a 24 hour report line, 7 days a week, 365 days a year which is manned by our in-house staff. Our staff are fully trained and equipped with remote systems to provide this service.
Our FNOL service allows you to provide 24 hour support to your clients. If you don’t require a full 24 hour service supplied by ourselves we can provide an Out of Hours Service only or an Overflow Service.
Through this service we can capture and process client data as required and directed by you.
We have our own data capturing system in place however, where required, we will endeavour to adopt your own system.
