We can arrange uplift of your vehicle from the scene of an accident at any time, day or night, and have it delivered straight to a local repair centre or recovery yard for safe keeping overnight. We have over 200 recovery agents, who operate 24 hours 365 days a year, to ensure an agent can always be with you within 60-90 minutes of calling us. Recovery and storage fees are covered by us, so you don’t have to worry about the cost.

Once at the repair centre, your repairs will be estimated by a qualified estimator. This usually only takes between 15-30 minutes. Once the estimator has drawn up the estimate of parts, prices and labour figures, they will send it to us for our engineer to authorise. Repairs will not be authorised if they are unreasonable or exaggerated. Once authorised by the engineer, the repair centre can then order the required parts and start the repairs. If any additional damage is found, this will be referred to the engineer for further authorisation.

While repairs are ongoing, you will be supplied with a courtesy car from the repair centre or replacement vehicle from the private fleet at MIS Claims.

Once repairs are complete, the repair centre carry out a thorough inspection of the repairs and your vehicle to ensure it is safe and ready to go back on the road. When this is complete, your vehicle is ready to go back on the road.

The cost for these repairs will be claimed from the insurance company of the party who is to blame for the accident, at no expense to you.
