While the insurance company of the other party who was responsible for the accident, wasn’t able to resolve the situation, I cannot speak highly enough of MIS Claims who went over and above to help me get a courtesy car and were an absolute pleasure to deal with every step of the process.

Absolutely amazing service!! I was referred to MIS claims after another driver cut across my path and we collided. The people I was in contact with from MIS claims were just fantastic, Christina was the 1st person I was talking to and she was great on the phone, she made me feel at ease everytime I was talking to her. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. My husband unfortunately was hit by a drunk driver, who then fled the scene, leaving the passenger in his car unconscious. I contacted MIS Claims the next morning and by lunch time they had delivered a new 7 seater to our door.
