Tips To Keep You Ticking Over
Just thought I would send you an e-mail to say thank you for all your support since my car accident on the 11th July 2017 in which my 2 daughters and myself were involved in a collision which was not our fault. On the mentioned day we had just received the news that my mother-in-law at just passed away and on leaving her home we were struck by another vehicle. You offered support regarding the incident to which i did not have to worry about my car getting fixed nor worry about the compensation. The communication from yourself to me was excellent (if only other companies took a lead from you) you informed me with every development throughout the duration of the accident until the compensation came through. I would totally recommend yourself and your company to my family and friends if they ever have a accident . Thank you so much for everything.
I phoned to report a claim, as I was hit from behind, luckily the other person involved took responsibility. But I did get good advice and fast from MIS Claims.

Recently had a non fault accident, contacted MIS straight away and they sorted everything. Was able to use repair shop of my choosing, courtesy car was very similar to my own car. No hassle or running back and forward. MIS looked after everything, and as a result my NCB and premium were not affected. If I ever have the misfortune of being in another accident I will definitely contact MIS straight away.

Absolutely amazing service!! I was referred to MIS claims after another driver cut across my path and we collided. The people I was in contact with from MIS claims were just fantastic, Christina was the 1st person I was talking to and she was great on the phone, she made me feel at ease everytime I was talking to her. Chris Bell was the person I was talking to the most as he was dealing with my claim. He was just brilliant and as I said above about Christina he always made me feel at ease and explained all the processes clearly so I understood everything that was going to happen. So my accident happened at the end of November and I was informed yesterday that it had been settled so taking xmas and new year holidays into account it was settled very quicky! I had the unfortunate experience of someone crashing into the back of my car and my insurance company referred me to MIS Claims and I am so glad they did. From the first phone call they were friendly, compassionate, professional and talked me through step by step what was going to happen and what to expect with the next steps of the process. They arranged an inspection of my car by an accident repair company that was close to my home, sorted a replacement car and took over every part of my claim with the other party. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. My husband unfortunately was hit by a drunk driver, who then fled the scene, leaving the passenger in his car unconscious. I contacted MIS Claims the next morning and by lunch time they had delivered a new 7 seater to our door. It took almost 3 years for the other driver to be prosecuted so his insurance company could not deal with our claim till then. MIS Claims and the solicitor they appointed looked after us from start to finish, reasurring us and talking us through everything.
